January 1st: Thought
- Think about why I am stressed
- Try not to take the negative facts of my past life into this New Year.
- Consider what I will do with the restrictions on my life?
- My health restricts me from stressful work, time for something different?
- Be positive and move ahead with things I can do, i.e. make a list of what was good at before and how I can improve on those skills!
- REINVETION of the SELF?
- Think about my physical well being
- How will I lose weight to be healthy?
- Start writing daily in new shimmer diary bought for me at Christmas
