  • Think about why I am stressed
  • Try not to take the negative facts of my past life into this New Year.
  • Consider what I will do with the restrictions on my life?
  • My health restricts me from stressful work, time for something different?
  • Be positive and move ahead with things I can do, i.e. make a list of what was good at before and how I can improve on those skills!
  • Think about my physical well being
  • How will I lose weight to be healthy?
  • Start writing daily in new shimmer diary bought for me at Christmas
